Strategic Approach

PDIA believes in the “power of community” and will continue to leverage community structures and engagement for ownership and sustainability of projects. Working in collaboration with Sub-counties, Districts, and National structures, PDIA aligns its programming to government priorities for scalability and sustainability of programmes. PDIA will also leverage partnerships with like-minded organizations. PDIA programme implementation takes an integrated approach where interventions are interlinked and complement each other. Approaches such as Research and innovations, social-emotional learning, digital learning innovations and equity and inclusive education will be integrated into programming.
